November 2011
This month has been full of big challenges and big miracles. We want you to know about what projects we’ve got going with regards to construction.
Right now we’re finishing off the wall supports of the main building and we’re ready to put up the roof beams, start the floors, put on the tiles, the doors, and the windows. We also need to install electricity and water, and other small details in order for things to start working. This is a huge financial challenge, and we also need volunteers to help complete what we’ve started.
For that reason Mission Builders International is collaborating with us. They are helping us form multicultural and able volunteer teams. We’re hoping that this project will be completed this summer (January-February 2012) because that’s when we have the best working weather in the Patagonian desert.
We have an urgent need to finish the main installations because in August 2012 we have to vacate the property where we’re presently renting. We’re going to have to move our schools, ministries, and staff to this new location and continue with activities without interruption. This is a huge challenge but we trust that nothing is impossible for God and we’re believing Him.
We’d like to ask you to pray for every need that we have after reading this. If you feel in your heart that you can be part of this challenge with your time and /or donations please contact us.
To recieve information about how to be part of this project you can contact us by email: ywampatagonia@hotmail.com / jucumsur@hotmail.com or if you live outside Latin America you can contact Mission Builders International by email: mbi@missionbuilders.net.

We keep going, never looking back, the work has begun, is in process, and it will come to completion. God is a promise keeper!!
SEE WITH YOUR OWN EYES!!! (Sorry that it’s only in spanish.)
MARCH 2011
See how we get to work! Click on this image.
We have worked the summer months (December thru February), investing our time, energy, and strength, and every day we’re seeing God’s faithfulness. We have one house with its roof on and still need the walls and roofs put up on the other buildings (including our base director’s home).
God is faithful and He’s providing support for this huge project because it’s not just hands we need but a lot of money too!
We’d like to ask for you to pray for us. This is a big challenge but we believe that nothing is impossible for God. Thank you for following us as we build! Please communicate with us if you’d like more information. Email us at jucumsur@hotmail.com or ywampatagonia@hotmail.com.
SEPTEMBER 2010
After renting various buildings to live in for 7 years in Puerto Madryn we are officially building on our own land. Praise God! It’s a huge project and we have started from zero. We began with a few bags of cement, gravel, sand, and a cement block maker. Under the sun all the YWAM staff cleared the land of the thorny desert bushes and got to work digging trenches and holes with some shovels and picks. Our steps have been taken in faith.
All the staff began building under the leadership of Jorge and Isabel Rios and the Words we had received:
Haggai 2:4 “take courage, Zerubbabel, says the Lord. Take courage… take courage all you people still left in the land, says the Lord. Take courage and work, for I am with you says the Lord Almighty.”
And
Zech 4:6 “it’s not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty.”
Verse 9 “Zerubbabel is the one who laid the foundation of this Temple, and he will complete it.” Verse 10 “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumbline in Zerubbabel’s hand.”
NOW we have walls up, foundations poured, and trees planted… we are going for more believing that the Lord will fulfill His Word.
We want to invite you to pray for us, so you can help us with materials, your time, your finances, or in any way the Lord puts on your heart.
